Points of contact under the Digital Services Act
Single point of contact for authorities (Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, DSA): authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services reach us electronically at [email protected]. Through this point of contact we also receive orders under Art. 9 and 10 DSA and removal orders under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on terrorist content online.
Point of contact for users (Art. 12 DSA): you reach us quickly and directly at [email protected]. People answer your message, not only automated systems.
We communicate through both points of contact in German and English.
Reporting content
How to report content that you consider illegal or that breaks our rules is described in the notice and action procedure.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
Content of communities
Communities, their pages and posts are made by their Owners, hosts and members. Meets stores this content for them as a hosting service. Whoever runs a community on a business basis names their own legal notice in the community where required.
